We use a combination of sources including Linkedin, Apollo, Clay, Crunchbase and other tools to collect relevant target customers.

How do you choose which customers to approach?

We spend time understanding your business goals and target audience. We then work with you to make some educated guesses taking in information based on your current customers or past sales efforts.

What is the cost of your service?

Our pricing is based on meeting generation. For the first two months, we charge €150 per meeting. After this introductory period, our service moves to a €1500 monthly retainer for ongoing, high-quality lead engagement and meeting bookings.

Why do you send letters instead of starting with cold emails?

Handwritten letters offer a personal touch that sets you apart in today's digital world. This unique approach captures attention and builds trust before we initiate any email follow-up, making prospects more receptive to further contact.

Do you send follow-up emails?

Yes, but only as a follow-up to the physical letter. We send follow-ups to confirm receipt of the letter and invite the prospect to schedule a meeting. This dual approach significantly improves engagement.

What email address do you use?

You'll set one up for us. It can be your personal email address (i.e. ceo@yourcompany.com) or a new email address (e.g. <name>@yourcompany.com)

While possible, our expertise and tested approach mean we can handle everything efficiently, saving you valuable time and effort while maximizing your lead generation success.

How long does it take before you can start sending emails?

Before we start sending emails, we begin with the handwritten letter outreach phase. Once we have your list of 100 targeted leads, the entire process—from preparing and sending the letters to conducting the two follow-up emails—typically takes about 2-3 weeks. This timeline allows us to ensure the letters are received and to follow up thoughtfully, giving your prospects time to engage with the personalized message before we proceed with emails.

Who handles the work?

Our team personally manages each step of the process. We do not outsource any part of the service to ensure a high standard of quality in lead identification, letter writing, and email follow-ups.

Can you do the meetings for me?

No. We don't believe you can outsource insights for your company, but we do believe we can accelerate them for you. Imagine what your investor update and pipeline would look like if you doubled your meetings per month!

How long are you in a testing/figuring out what works phase?

Our testing phase lasts for the first two months. During this period, we closely monitor the response rates and engagement levels from the handwritten letters and email follow-ups to determine what resonates best with your target audience. After this initial period, we transition to a more optimized, ongoing outreach strategy with a monthly retainer, ensuring consistent and effective results.
